Southwest Florida Concierge & Guest Services Association 
We strive to be the best and a valuable resource for our guests.
We pride ourselves in our knowledge of the area and all the things to see and do while here. We will always go to the highest level to make each and every one of our guests have the
most memorable experience here in Southwest Florida.

The purpose of the Association is:

 

To bring together Concierge and Guest Services personnel in hotels and Resorts.

 

To create a public awareness of the Concierge/Guest Service profession.

 

To encourage friendship, communications and network among members and to promote, foster, enhance and improve the technical skills and professionalism of Concierge and Guest Services personnel.

 

To nurture a strong relationship with area businesses and cultural organizations and enhance and improve the technical skills and professional.

 

To promote in every way the interest and welfare of our hotels in order to develop the best service for our guests.

 

To promote the professional growth and development of hotel Concierges in the pursuit of their membership in Les d’Or USA Ltd.
